This Fermacell floor plate is composed of 2 layers of gypsum fiber of 25mm and a layer of felt of 9mm. You can easily place the plate on a wooden or concrete screed. Due to the thickness of the gypsum fiber on the floor plate, it is possible to mill in underfloor heating. If you already have existing underfloor heating, this floor plate is suitable as sound insulation. However, keep in mind, the thicker the floor plate (with insulation), the longer it will take for your floor to warm up.
