Can I place an order without creating an account?

This option is not possible, we respect your privacy. Read our privacy statement here.

Can I place an order both as an individual and as a contractor?

At bouwdeal, both are possible, both individuals and contractors are welcome!

WARRANTY PALLET

How are guarantees on pallets refunded?

The amount of a guarantee pallet is refunded when the pallet(s) are returned. These must be returned within 3 months, after that we cannot accept them. We only take back pallets for which a deposit has been paid on our webshop or in the store.

 

PAYMENT PROBLEM

I placed an order, but did not receive an order confirmation. Did I do something wrong?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. If this does not happen please contact us at: info@bouwdeal.be

I have received an order confirmation, how long does it take until the delivery is scheduled for shipment?

Until your order is paid for, we cannot prepare the goods for shipment. However, an order confirmation is not a guarantee that your goods will be delivered to you on time.

My payment has failed or expired

Your payment may have failed due to several reasons. These are the most common reasons:

You have a limit amount on your card, in this case it is best to choose wire transfer or contact your bank to increase your card limit.
The payment has expired. This is most common if you choose wire transfer. Therefore we advise you to try to solve this as soon as possible. This way the delivery will also not be delayed.
Payment is open: you have chosen bank transfer, this can take 1-2 business days. Please check the status of your bank transfer in time.

PAYMENT METHOD

Can I pay with Visa?

Payment by Visa is possible with an extra charge of 1% on the total amount.

Safe and simple payment by credit card :

We use Mollie, a reliable partner of online payments. It is also possible to pay with QR code.

Question: Can I pay with ecocheques?

Paying with ecocheques is unfortunately not possible.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. You can contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, it is best to contact us as soon as possible.

Are all products available in stock?

No, we do not have all goods in stock. For the products we do not track in stock, there is a delivery time of +/- 7 working days.

Question: How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery cost depends on the region and place. This is easy to calculate by placing the desired product in the shopping cart. At the bottom of the order summary you will get the option to choose the delivery by region. Here the delivery costs are added.

Question: What is the delivery time?

The expected delivery time is usually 5 working days. However, this may vary by product.

At checkout all possible shipping methods will be mentioned.

If you choose delivery by crane truck: 5 working days delivery time

Delivery by courier service: 3 to 5 working days delivery time
Delivery by Bpost: 5+ working days depending on how busy it is

Question : Do I have to be at home when my goods are delivered?

No, it is not necessary to be at home when the goods are delivered. The driver will contact you on the day itself. He also sends a message one hour in advance.

Question: Is delivery to the Netherlands possible?

No, this is not possible for the time being.
